6 Month Fixed Term Contract, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Here at Stonewater, we are now looking for a Customer Experience Assistant to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract. 

Joining us as Customer Experience Assistant, you will communicate with customers to ensure they feel confident and involved in decisions about their tenancy and community. You will engage with customers when signing up to new tenancies to ensure they understand Stonewater’s expectations and how they can sustain their tenancy, providing them with a customer journey that is efficient in terms of delivering resolution and/or next steps.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience of providing excellent customer focussed services.
• Be passionate and driven with an open-minded and creative outlook.
• Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
• Be computer literate and able to effectively use IT applications.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a very busy environment, prioritising workloads and competing demands.
