We are excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a new Senior New Business Manager.
What you'll be doing
As our Senior New Business Manager you will be reporting to the Director of Development & Sales. You will be sourcing, progressing and securing a range of new business opportunities. You will be responsible for leading and driving success within your team to secure a range of opportunities from stock options appraisals, s106, land-led and joint ventures for a variety of different tenures. You will also support the work of the Disposals office, selling one off properties and assets.
More about you. What can you bring?
With a professional qualification e.g. MRICS, CIOB or equivalent related experience, you will have experience of securing new business opportunities. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the development process, planning and design principles, as well as site valuation and appraisal methodologies.
Excellent negotiation and project management skills are essential, and you will have the ability to create and maintain strong relationships leading to repeat business.

When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £65,000 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
