We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Adviser with experience giving advice, signposting and dealing with a variety of subjects involving many aspects of our callers’ lives including Rent, Tenancy issues, ASB, Estates issues and housing advise.

We currently have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Adviser to join us on a permanent and part-time basis. We’re looking for a Customer Service Adviser to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to Catalyst customers every time. Working within a small team, you will give advice, signpost and deal with a variety of subjects including Rent, Tenancy issues, ASB, Estates issues and hosing advise.





Do you have what it takes?





To succeed in your role as a Customer Service Adviser you will:








  • Use a variety of multimedia platforms including email, internet, web chat and telephone to deliver effective and efficient enquiry handling.

  • Make outbound calls where necessary to ensure that customer queries re dealt with effectively.

  • Operate and update the database to ensure that information is accurate and sufficiently detailed in line with the Data Protection Act (GDPR).

  • Ensure our services can be accessed by all customers and potential customers.

  • Provide cover for other team members during periods of sickness, holidays etc.

This role is subject to a Basic DBS check and will require a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
