About the role

We’re now looking for a Housekeeper to thoroughly clean communal areas in one of our scheme buildings in Broadway and provide cover to other schemes if required, to ensure they are maintained in a safe and tidy condition for the welfare and benefit of our residents and employees.

Ensuring safe systems of work, COSHH and other Health & Safety processes are adhered to, you will ensure that defined standards of cleanliness are implemented in accordance with the cleaning schedule.

You’ll advise the Team Leader – Facilities of any building or safety issues identified during the execution of the duties.

About you

We’re looking for an individual who has a strong customer focus and who has previous experience of providing professional or commercial cleaning services. You’ll demonstrate an understanding of the importance of professional boundaries and adhere to these.

Experience of working to organisational Health and Safety practices, including COSHH and manual handling is desirable, but not essential.
