Senior Project Manager
Based – Home Based
Hours: 35 hours per week                                                                         

The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our leading Development Team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead on managing a pipeline of diverse opportunities from inception through the pre-construction process, including contract negotiation and up to a start on site. You will be responsible for identifying, leading, and directing project teams of consultants, contractors and colleagues to ensure projects are brought forward in line with emh’s standards and timescales.

The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience of development project management in a Housing Association or a relevant field. You will have knowledge of the construction industry and have experience of budget management and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate would be able to work on their own initiative, work under pressure to meet deadlines, problem solve and have great negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home and across other emh sites.

Qualifications
A Levels/NVQ Level 3 is essential.

Good digital and IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office
