Are you looking for a new opportunity for 2022 working for the UK's largest Housing Association?

We're kicking off the year by recruiting for a Financial Income Team Leader to join our Financial Services team in London on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

What you'll be doing

In a nutshell, you'll lead a dedicated and motivated team ensuring there is a unified approach to delivering exceptional customer service as well as ensuring the team delivers all tasks on a timely and accurate basis and in line with the service level agreement.

You'll create, maintain and continuously review all processes and procedure to ensure they are fit for purpose to facilitate accurate and controlled processing of all rent adjustment activities. Effectively resource plan to ensure that all team responsibilities are covered and service level agreement timescales are maintained, where necessary implement contingency plans to maximise service delivery and maintain standards.

A few other key duties include:

  • Ensure the team are appraised, motivated and in possession of the appropriate training and tools to perform their role

  • Oversee the complete direct debit collection process and refund process

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

  • Take a proactive approach to resolving queries quickly and to a satisfactory conclusion, representing the team in a positive manner

  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed correctly at all times, ensuring any changes to processes are agreed, documented and communicated to all affected parties

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with experience of managing individuals in a customer-focused environment and experience of working in a high volume transactional environment, working to tight timescales.

You'll have strong investigatory skills and a good level of fraud awareness as well as excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Where will you work?

This position is based from our London Bridge office. Currently the team are working remotely and moving forward you will be required to work between the office and home in line with business needs.
