An exciting opportunity exists with Plymouth Community Homes for a Senior Project Manager to join the Development team, responsible for helping to deliver an ambitious development programme across the PCH operational area.

The post holder will be responsible for;

  • Managing a range of development schemes, ensuring key time, cost and quality targets are met
  • Identifying new opportunities in accordance with the approved Development strategy
  • Managing a small team to ensure schemes are completed in accordance with PCH & Homes England standards

In order to be considered for this role, you should have the following as a minimum:

  • Significant experience of development project management
  • Experience of budget responsibility and cost control
  • Experience and knowledge of Homes England procedures including IMS 
  • Experience in negotiating land and build contracts
  • Experience of appraisal systems such as Proval LS and Sequel
  • Experience of appointing, managing and co-ordinating consultants to deadlines
