We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Business Analyst to join our Housing Systems Team. Their prime responsibility is to support product gap analysis and feasibility studies, to produce detailed product specifications of requirements, implementation planning, new system configuration design, data integrity, and testing. Ensuring that the group can meet its corporate objectives through timely delivery of its IT projects as determined by the corporate IT strategy. 

About you:

• Experience of service redesign and delivering substantial change within the Housing sector
• Experience in leading, implementing and overseeing a range of business and system improvement frameworks and activities in line with organisational objectives
• Understands modern project management techniques and their role in delivering technical ICT projects
• Proven experience of business requirement definition, leading to technology implementation
• Candidates should be customer focused and committed to delivering efficiencies through projects. 

This is an important and busy position, and you will be expected to manage many competing priorities and projects, working collaboratively with partners across the business to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes. 

Experience of working within an ICT team and delivering solutions is essential along with sound working knowledge of housing management systems preferably ActiveH, interfacing systems and customer portals.
