Mount Green Housing Association is a community housing association based in and around Surrey with around 1,600 homes. The role: you will lead, manage and develop Mount Green’s information, communications and technology (ICT) service. You will drive the digital transformation strategic plan, including implementing flexible, innovative and modern ways of working. You will bring strong, inspirational leadership and direction for staff, facilitating a ‘one-team’ culture across the business that delivers high performance while maintaining effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
