We are looking to recruit an Income Team Manager. Internally you’ll be known as an Account Manager.

As an Income Team Manager, you will lead and inspire the Hyde Pay Team to deliver a can do and sector leading achievement culture. Take responsibility for the overall operational management of Hyde Pay, as part of the Hyde Pay Operational Team. Have knowledge on Welfare Reform changes/impacts, Benefits and Debt Management.

You will also contribute to the strategic management of the Hyde Pay team across multiple sites. Demonstrate collaborative and flexible management behaviours combined with the capability to support and actively manage across service functions. To be able to deputise for the Head of Hyde Pay, work flexibly to deliver the service across Hyde’s sites and to represent the service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Duties of an Income Team Manager:

  • Deliver the Annual Service Plan, implementing continuous improvements.
  • Setting and Delivery of Hyde Pay KPI’s, Plans and Objectives.
  • Provide training and any required support tools in order to coach and equip individuals within the team with appropriate business knowledge and skill, including full training on providing Welfare Reform, benefit and debt advice.
  • Manage and handle any performance related issues in a professional, proactive and effective manner.
  • Completion of all necessary paperwork in order to make an application to County Court for possession proceedings and/or money judgements ensuring all associated protocols have been completed.
  • Ensure all Court hearings are attended, and that associated paperwork is completed without delay and all eviction reports are approved in accordance with Policy and Procedure and attend of evictions are attended.
  • Ensure the Team update and maintain management information systems, maintaining detailed up to date records and file notes of all residents contact including action taken.

You will be required to take a short assessment online prior to shortlisting / interview.
