We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Director of Assets and Safety to join our newly established team of enthusiastic and dynamic people!
This is a leadership and delivery role which ‘gets things done’ in terms of being responsible for the strong leadership and direction across the Planned Investment, Building Safety, Customer Safety and Compliance teams.
It’s all about…
The delivery of the Group’s corporate plan to ensure the Group has the correct legal compliance framework, performance standards, operating systems, processes and support in place.
Ensuring the safety of our customers in their homes and making sure the Group’s buildings remain well maintained.

The role will be based at our modern, vibrant office in Farringdon; the cultural yet buzzing area of London which is easily accessible via various transport. However, we do have a hybrid approach, so you’ll have the opportunity to work from home or other locations for part of your working week.
We’re looking for a…
Subject matter expert with extensive experience of regulatory and legal issues related to property services in a Senior/Director level position
Chartered qualification holder (RIC’s/MCIOB), though we can consider a relevant degree-level qualification and those who are qualified by experience
Excellent communicator who can effectively engage at all levels and present complex information in an accessible way
Proven outstanding leader who leads by example, drives our values and coaches/develops team members to be the best version of themselves
Resilient, flexible and dynamic person who effectively manages and encourages change
