Guinness Property provide repairs and maintenance services to The Guinness Partnership. Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our customers’ homes are safe and maintained to high standard.
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Apprentice based in Havant. You will be providing an administrative service to the Area Works Coordinators and wider regional operational team to support resource management and query handling for maintenance and repairs.
The Apprenticeship is expected to last 18 months and you will be working towards achieving a Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard Qualification in Customer Service.
Working 39 hours per week in total which will consist of 4 days of on the job training and 1 day dedicated to learning. Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 4pm. The college provider will be Total People.

Desirable:
- Experience of working to deadlines and targets.
- Problem solving ability.
- Able to demonstrate customer service skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Level 4 GCSE or above Maths and English (or equivalent functional skills) or the ability to complete these with support by the end of the Apprenticeship.
