We are looking to recruit a Fire Safety Leasehold Manager.

At the Hyde Group, our vision is to provide a great home for everyone. Our values guide the way we operate as a business: we’re customer driven, inclusive, collaborative and innovative.

As a Fire Safety Leasehold Manager, you will work closely with the Fire Safety Customer Programme Manager and other key stakeholders across the Group to ensure a high-quality service provision for all customers impacted by any proposed building/fire safety works.

You will also ensure effective, appropriate, and timely communication with individual customers regarding any such building works throughout the duration of the Fire Safety Programme.

Duties of a Fire Safety Leasehold Manager:

  • Act as the Leasehold Ambassador for the Fire Safety Programme, providing a single point of contact for customers impacted by planned building works.
  • Conduct regular reviews of planned building works within the designated Fire Safety portfolio to proactively plan and assess customer impact and customer engagement requirements.
  • Plan, lead and deliver individual customer communication plans as required, in conjunction with the Customer Insight and Engagement team.
  • Lead the homeownership front-line staff (involved with customer-facing communication and engagement initiatives) in delivering a high-quality service provision.
  • Manage Section 20 consultation processes resulting from qualifying works, long-term qualifying agreements, and any other required statutory consultation processes.
  • Maintain an up to date awareness of FRA responsibility within the fire safety portfolio from a homeownership perspective and ensure compliance under the lease.
  • Ensure colleagues across Hyde are well briefed on the customer impact of the Fire Safety Programme.

Candidates will need to have solid fire safety experience within housing or a residential capacity.

We offer a great flexible benefits package, a 35-hour working week, a fantastic pension scheme and the opportunity to work for an organisation whose social purpose is to help provide people with a home.

Diversity and inclusion are integral to the Hyde Group as a social business, and critical in delivering our vision of a great home for everyone. We strive to build and nurture a culture where inclusivity is the norm and not an initiative. Many of the greatest ideas and discoveries come from a diverse mix of minds, backgrounds and experiences, and we’re committed to cultivating an inclusive workplace which reflects our customer profile and where everyone is proud to be unique.
