We are looking for somebody who has a broad understanding and strategic insight to act in the client role and work collaboratively with our ALMO on Asset Management matters. You would be the Council representative, ensuring that they meet performance and investment targets aligned to meet current and future requirements.

With relevant experience, as an intelligent client you will instruct on contract procurement, performance and delivery. It is vitally important that you are keen to maintain and enhance relationships through collaboration to continually review and improve services in an environment that never stands still. Can you lead, making decisions, and influencing others, to deliver our Asset Management Strategy, Business Plan and delivery of Key Performance Indicators?

If you can maintain our effective governance frameworks and work with a diverse range of people through your excellent communication skills then we want to hear from you. You will need a solution focussed approach, be highly organised, methodical and have a strategic approach whilst still being flexible and creative.
