The Post

At Brent, we have an established specialist single homelessness service to assist single individuals facing homelessness.  This is a fact paced and dynamic service. We recognise housing solutions are not the same for everyone. 

The Person

Are you a creative thinker who can deliver innovative and realistic solutions for customers who are threatened with homelessness?  Do you possess excellent communication and organisational skills?  Would you relish the opportunity to use your own initiative whilst working at pace in a supportive environment?  If so, then working in our Housing Service, with the main aim of helping to prevent and relieve homelessness and provide alternative housing solutions, is for you.

You will be supporting customers to find solutions for their housing issues and will do this by providing robust housing advice and support, working with partner agencies and developing personalised housing plans for customers with a firm focus on homelessness prevention to ensure that customers housing and homelessness issues are resolved.

A strong commitment to providing ongoing exceptional customer service is an essential requirement of this role.
