Job Details

Who we are

Hello. We’re RHP. If you want to make a difference, we’re the place for you. We provide people with a place they’re proud to call home, along with modern services that make lives easier. We currently own and manage around 10,000 homes across London for social rent and shared ownership and have plans to build many more over the next five years.

Our employees love working for us and we’ve been recognised as an excellent employer through several prestigious awards, ranking in the top ten of the Great Place to Work list twice over the past five years and achieving Investors in People Platinum status for the second time in 2021.

Connecting through difference

We strive to be a truly inclusive workplace and it’s important to us that you feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who you are, regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, neurodiversity, disability status, citizenship, or any other aspect which makes you who you are.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Housing Officer to take on all aspects of housing management including ASB, managing complex customer cases, and consistently delivering a stellar service to support our customers and keep them safe.

A typical day for you would include investigating and resolving housing management and ASB cases, representing RHP at multi-agency case reviews, working with our legal partners and representing RHP in court.

You’ll have experience in a similar role managing all aspects of housing-related cases, including ASB, and be able to deal confidently with challenging behaviour and situations.  With an obsession for detail and getting things right, you’ll be self-motivated, taking ownership to resolve cases. A great team player, you’ll put the customer at the heart of everything you do, establishing strong working relationships, and building trust by doing what you say you will. You’ll also be able to travel to attend meetings and carry out regular site and customer visits.

When we're hiring, we look for people who share our values:

  • We’re real: embracing difference and encouraging everyone to be their true authentic self. We’re open and honest about what we can and can’t do and show we care. We take our jobs seriously but never ourselves.
  • We’re easy to do business with. That means being clear, knowledgeable and friendly. keeping people updated at every step, as well as making sure our services are inclusive to all.
  • We’re purposeful: we go after what counts and love working together to make great things happen.

Feel a connection? If this sounds like you, simply answer the short questions and provide an up-to-date CV on our website.

Closing date for applications is midday 25th February.

Interviews will be held on 4th March.

Don’t just find a job. Feel it.
