Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Development Project Manager to look after a portfolio of development projects and deliver new affordable homes that RHP and our customers can be proud of. Working with your team, local authority partners and other stakeholders, you’ll keep things on track from procurement to completion, scanning the horizon for opportunities to add value to schemes and mitigate risks throughout their lifetime.

You’ll have experience of delivering stellar customer service and managing a diverse portfolio of complex construction projects, including detailed contract negotiations, GLA funding conditions, audit processes and compliance requirements. With exceptional organisational skills, you’ll never miss a deadline and effortlessly juggle several things at once without dropping a thing!  You’ll also have degree level or professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing or construction related institute, e.g. RICS, RIBA, RTPI, CIOB, or extensive experience in a construction related project management role.
