About the role
We are now recruiting for an Area Operations Manager on a full time and permanent basis; you will be responsible for ensuring key performance indicators are met, and specifically that residents are satisfied with the service they receive.
This post will be responsible for liaising closely with other Supervisors and Surveyors to ensure services are delivered without the barriers associated with silo working.
This post will take on a leadership role in ensuring that trade staff are properly involved in the provision of the service, supported in their day to day role and in carrying out their duties and are working to a high standard. It is important that GreenSquareAccord Limited is a great place to work and the post will lead initiatives to develop the workforce and the working environment.

We would like you to have an NVQ Level 3 in a building related subject and have Asbestos awareness. A professional qualification in a building, construction or asset management related field would be beneficial for this role.
You must have experience of delivering major works programmes, tendering and using schedule of rates as well as project management experience.
You will have the ability to identify and collect relevant financial and statistical performance data to improve service delivery and be able to have responsibility for budget and financial management.
It is essential that you have strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills and have previous experience of writing reports, policies and procedures.
