Have you got the skills and experience in development that we need to get stuck in and make our ambitions a reality? Join our team and you’ll be doing exactly that. You’ll also be helping to tackle the housing crisis head-on by delivering ‘Great places, great services and great tomorrows’.

We’re looking for a Programme Delivery Officer to manage schemes and ensure things run smoothly on and off-site, so you’ll be a housing, construction or building related professional who’ll find with us the perfect platform to showcase the skills gained in your career so far.

You’ll need that attention to detail of yours for the preparation and presentation of reports, information and statistics as well as your focus to deliver on time and to budget and if you have Housing Association Knowledge, even better!

You’re a real people person who’ll can effortlessly establish yourself in our dedicated, hardworking and productive team while forming great working relationships with solicitors, contractors and consultants alike.

That sounds like me. What can you offer?

If you’re successful you’ll be joining our fantastic, award-winning team and be part of a dynamic organisation with an amazing culture. We offer competitive benefits that include agile working, private healthcare options, discount schemes together with a big emphasis on health and well-being. You’ll also have great opportunities to grow and develop, personally and professionally. But the greatest reward will be knowing you’re helping people and communities across our region to thrive.

It’s an exciting time of change at Futures Housing Group! We've moved our main office to a state-of-the-art, flexible new workspace, however in this role the need to attend the office will be on ‘business need’ basis so we’ll provide you with a great agile kit to get on with the job wherever you do your best work!

We’ve also recently signed up to Harry’s Pledge, a campaign to support people who are working but also looking after a friend or family member who needs extra help. We know balancing work and caring is tough and that’s why we have an extra focus on supporting team members in this situation. To help, we organise regular virtual support groups, have an Employee Assistance Scheme with 24/7 counselling, and offer Flexible Working from day one, helping you to stay happy at work and at home.

2021 we were awarded the coveted Investor in People Platinum award – the highest of IiP accreditation. The award recognises organisations which are passionate about making sure all employees get the best experience at work.
