Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is an exciting and interesting opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the organisation and manage our lender and investor funding portfolio as well as supporting new home development aspirations and  lead and manage the Corporate Finance team.  The successful candidate will support the Executive Management Team, Boards and Committees to properly exercise their fiduciary duties and ensure business objectives can be met.

You will be a CCAB Qualified Accountant or hold a Corporate Treasurer Qualification, together with advanced skills in business planning and financial accounting within a finance / treasury function.

You will be a strong team player with excellent relationship building and communication skills, as the role requires regular interaction with internal departments and external partners.  You will have strong people management skills and experience of developing and managing a small team of staff.

The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker who demonstrates excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities, as well as having good organisational and project management skills to deliver to deadlines and maintain legal and regulatory compliance.
