Asset Data & Strategy Manager (Housing Development)

Salary: £41,473 – £45,519

Location: Shipley, West Yorkshire

Permanent, Full time

37 hours per week 

 

We’re looking for someone who can manage the quality of the Groups asset data, compliance and performance information, that can lead on the approach to asset performance management, and on the development and presentation of option appraisals; performance reports, benchmarking activities and value for money assessments.

 

Coordinating and ensuring delivery of stock rationalisation activities including option appraisals and neighbourhood improvement plans, you’ll liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary ensuring the development, management and benchmarking of asset management performance data.

 

You will be responsible for the management resof a small team.

 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has the ability to identify, retrieve and interpret information from a variety of sources to produce reports to multiple audiences.
  • Hold good analytical skills with the ability to analyse financial statistical data and present finding
  • Has excellent knowledge and skill of ICT solutions and configuration impact on data quality and analysis.
  • Has excellent communication skills, written, verbal, presentation and negotiation.
  • Can bring experience in managing teams

     

 

Your experience:

  • Analytical, literacy and numeracy skills sufficient, interpret, compile and produce performance reports.
  • Understanding of Data Quality principles
  • Experience of managing data and maintaining accurate records of works orders and procedures which support the business.
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent and/or relevant business or IC qualifications
  • Relevant ITC, Business or Project Management qualification (or working towards) e.g. accredited HND or degree level qualification
