Salary: £52,256 - £55,803 plus benefits

37.5 hours per week
Here at Incommunities we have ambitious growth plans with a target to develop 2000 new build homes by March 2026. We’re expanding the capacity and capability of our development team to deliver our new build and shared ownership sales programmes.
As our New Business Manager, we’re looking for you to deliver the Incommunities Brand Objectives to establish the business as a key residential developer and partner across West Yorkshire. You’ll be someone who can generate a continuous pipeline of financially viable new business development opportunities which contribute towards the successful delivery of the company Development Growth strategy.
You’ll develop key partnerships and relationships which facilitate the delivery of our growth targets including consultants, developers /contractors, suppliers in the development and delivery of all new business projects and prepare appraisals and reports to present to the Capital Development Panel, Development Company and Board.

- Has knowledge of changing market needs and keeping us ahead of our competitors.
Your experience:
- An experienced New Business Manager with a demonstrable track record of success in generating and delivering new development opportunities within the RP sector
- Ability to play a senior role in the effective operations of the development team
- Experience of negotiating land deals and site acquisition, working to budgets and cash flow forecasting
- Professional Qualification from relevant institution (CIOB, RICS, CIH) or equivalent
