We are looking for experienced housing professionals to join our established team as we enter a new and exciting phase of customer service delivery. 

Our team provides exceptional housing management services to our customers who include people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and physical and sensory impairments. Managing approximately 120 tenancies across a specified area, for part time positions 50 tenancies, you’ll be able to really get to know your customers allowing you to make a positive difference to their lives whilst achieving a great level of job satisfaction.  You’ll be able to contribute by having the time to deliver a full range of services including arrears management, voids and lettings tenancy management and enforcement and ensuring that our communities are safe and pleasant places to live.

Salary: £24,372- £32,000

Part time (17.5 hours per week) Housing Officers – Oxfordshire/Wiltshire

Salary £12186 – £15,375.50
