Stonewater’s agency managed portfolio of homes are managed by support providers or a managing agent to make sure that anyone who lives in a Stonewater home gets the best possible service and support in a safe environment. We make sure that our Agency Managed housing is suitable for everyone, from those with learning or physical disabilities, young people, to those with mental health needs or people at risk of domestic abuse.

As our Agency Managed Services Coordinator, you’ll manage our Agency Managed property portfolio and negotiate and manage leases, service level agreements or housing agreements. You will also develop our partnerships and networks, creating and following up opportunities to further develop collaboration opportunities in our areas of specialist provision. Monitoring the management service being provided, you’ll make sure our customers are getting the service they need and ensure our homes are compliant, safe and in a good state of repair.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be customer focused with experience of managing customers with a range of needs.
• Have outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Be a problem solver who works well on own initiative.
• Have knowledge of the legal framework of occupancy agreements and how to take enforcement / legal action.
• Be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Landlord & Tenant legislation.
• Have an understanding of the relationship between CQC registered services and their Landlord.
• Have a detailed understanding of lease structures.
• Have experience of dealing with complex service charge accounts.
• Understand the regulatory requirements of the registered provider landlord and the managing agent.
• Have good numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to use databases and housing management systems.

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
