Board Member 

Location: Wellingborough- Our office is based in Wellingborough but this role will be home based 

Salary: £5,000 per annum 

Greatwell Homes is a provider of affordable housing and support services in the East Midlands. We own and manage around 5000 homes with a £25 million turnover and our mission is “We partner with customers and communities to shape places people are proud to call home.” We pride ourselves on being a forward-thinking progressive housing association reflective of what is an ever- changing sector. With housing being high on the public’s agenda, Greatwell Homes continues to grow. 

We are looking to fill a vacancy on our Board with an individual who can strengthen our existing skills-based Board by bringing high level knowledge and experience of: 

- Asset Management 

- Environmental 

The successful applicant will be a member of our Board and a member of either our Audit and Risk or Board Effectiveness and People Committee. The successful applicant will be appointed at the September Board meeting. 

As a full Board Member, the remuneration is £5,000 p.a. plus reasonable expenses.
