We need a Development Delivery Manager to join bdht to deliver new homes in and around Bromsgrove. We need you to ensure projects are managed effectively, and customers recieve their homes to a high standard and on time. Working in partnership with the Development New Business Manager, you will be responsible for bdht’s sustainable growth and development objectives. 

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management & Development, strong and effective communication will be key as you will enhance and build on existing working relationships with partner agencies / organisations, developers, key stakeholders, and land agents to ensure a robust development pipeline is maintained, as well as the existing experienced team.  

About You 

With experience in a similar role, we are looking for a motivated and customer focused individual with experience and knowledge of the housing development process. You will need to have a good understanding of contractual and property law as well as the Regulator of Social Housing & Homes England funding requirements and design standards.  

The use of a current driving licence and access to an appropriately insured vehicle is a requirement for the post and essential car user allowance will be paid where applicable.
