We are looking to recruit a New Homes Sales Manager.

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that sales targets are met by providing operational management whilst leading and motivating a team of Sales Consultants and agents. You will be working across several exciting new developments, making an impact on our customer experience ensuring a smooth and consistent customer journey.

Duties of a Sales Manager:

  • Management and delivery of agreed budget and targets highlighting opportunities and risk mitigation.
  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Consultants through provision of regular coaching, individual one-to-one meetings and performance-based appraisals.
  • Maintaining our Gold star customer satisfaction rating.
  • Responsibility for ensuring a high level of presentation of the show homes and marketing suite.
  • Ensure that the reporting of the weekly sales figures is accurate and meet all deadlines.
  • Working closely with other sectors of the business such as construction, technical and legal teams.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to share knowledge in relation to scheme brochures, launches and advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy and quality of information.
  • Manage agents and ensure they are well informed on all developments and motivated to sell both shared ownership and market sale.

You will be required to take a short assessment online prior to shortlisting / interview.

The successful candidate will need to be flexible travelling to Hyde’s locations around the south coast of England and have experience in managing a small team whilst achieving targets.
