Stonewater are now looking for a Property Information & Assurance Administrator to provide a flexible, innovative, and effective customer focused support service to the Property Information & Assurance team.

This role has a lot of touch points within the business, therefore the prioritisation of tasks and consideration of the impact on other areas is key. You’ll be responsible for updating and maintaining the business systems asset management database (ActiveH) in relation to Asset & Component creation. You’ll respond to tasks received in the various Outlook group mailboxes and collaborate and source development property component information, transferring the data into ActiveH, ensuring the data held is an accurate representation to the property. You’ll carry out any correction / cleansing exercises to the business systems and for supplying ad-hoc data reports to support business analysis / decision making.

Although this role is home based, there may be the occasional requirement for you to travel to one of our hubs (Coventry, Reading or Bournemouth).

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a positive and pro-active attitude, able to work on own initiative.
  • Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, a flexible approach and good customer service.
  • Able to prioritise work and projects in a timely organised manner.
  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Excel formulas such as Vlookup, Sum, IF and Count is highly desirable.

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
