We have a brilliant job opportunity for a Planning Administrator to join our team, where you’ll provide desk top support to our frontline Maintenance Teams. You’ll ensure successful and consistent delivery of Maintenance services for customers.

About you
You’ll be the eyes and ears of our customers with a passionate can-do approach in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, be a curious investigator and an energised collaborator. You’ll be organised, prioritise work to meet deadlines and handle several tasks simultaneously.

Here at Home Group we have invested heavily in our future and use current and up to date equipment. You’ll be issued with the latest kit, which could include a Surface Pro and mobile. So, it's really important to us that you are technologically savvy (or at the very least not a technophobe!)

About our team
You’ll be working as part of our fabulous team who are super passionate about delivering a first-class maintenance solution to our customers.  Our director Paul has worked here at Home Group almost 5 years now, having worked in contact centres and maintenance environments for the past 14 years. Outside of work Paul enjoys a hectic social life and when not cooking is planning his next trip with his wife Victoria!

You’ll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about delivering a great repairs service for our customers and ensuring they move into homes they will love. To us were not just a team we’re a ‘work family’. Our manager Nicol has worked at Home Group for almost 4 years. There are 7 of us in the team and we don’t just love to support our customers, we’re there for each other too!
