Are you a commercially focused Land professional looking to make a difference with a new and exciting challenge?

We are growing our Land and Planning Division across the UK and are looking to appoint either an Assistant Land Manager or Land Manager, depending on current skills and experience.

Working directly with the Head of Land South, you will assist with and be accountable for sourcing and acquiring Land and Development Package Deals for mixed tenure homes to meet Clarion Housing Group's ambitious target of building 4000 new homes per annum within the next few years.

In addition to assisting with or overseeing multiple site acquisitions, you will support the creation of new partnerships and joint ventures, and as such you will be required to maintain a network of connections with such stakeholders as land agents, property professionals, funders, developers and contractors.

Land Manager

To be successful as a Land Manager, you will draw from your experience in the private sector to identify new land opportunities, joint ventures and package deals for residential development in the Southern home counties.

You will have a tangible track record of purchasing land and show entrepreneurial flair and drive in getting deals across the line, as well as showing us your commercial acumen and significant experience of operating within a high performing team operating at a similar level within a diverse commercial organisation.

Strong leadership and the ability to interact closely with other team members are essential skills to succeed in this challenging, but rewarding, role.

Assistant Land Manager

To be successful as an Assistant Land Manager, you'll need to demonstrate evidenced understanding of the development process for residentially lead schemes. You'll be an effective negotiator with a strong commitment to customer service and educated to degree level.

Experience of technical, planning, sales, financial and legal aspects of assessing and securing residentially lead developments would be beneficial.
