Clapton Park is an estate run by and for its residents. We are proud of our famous green spaces and our reputation as the Poppy Estate. We are looking for a dynamic housing professional and inspirational leader,  someone who shares our passion and excitement for what being a Tenant Management Organisation means and the opportunities it offers. We want to be the best place to live in Hackney and are looking for the person to deliver that.

The successful candidate will have a track record in housing management and in delivering outstanding high quality, customer focused services to local residents. They will be an experienced leader and motivator  who is committed to resident engagement.
