This opportunity has arisen to lead in all Community Safety matters and to work collaboratively in partnership with the other managers to understand and deliver the key business priorities, objectives and performance indicators within the Customer function for a defined geographical area.

 

You will act as the subject matter expert in policy, legislation, demographics, market trends and best practice to lead a service that is responsive and adaptive to the changing environment of housing with particular regards to Community Safety and Domestic Abuse for all our customers.

 

These will include Neighbourhood & Tenancy Management, Anti-Social Behaviour, Income Collection, Allocations & Onboarding and the development and delivery of any local regeneration strategies and plans while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

 

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to run an efficient customer facing social housing service with high customer service levels. You will have the ability to develop and implement successful Customer Involvement Strategies to ensure high levels of customer involvement and have previous experience in leading, developing and delivering ASB, Community Safety and Domestic Abuse support and services to customers.

The appointment will be made on the basis of a Full Time, Permanent basis and will be hybrid with homeworking and some occasional office /patch work.
