Salary: £47,000 pa + ECU allowance plus a fantastic benefits package

Hours: 35 per week (agile working arrangements in place)

We employ people who are passionate about making a difference, who can take responsibility and get things done. Join us as a Project Manager to manage the development and delivery of new homes to fulfil our ambitious growth and development strategy.
Your role will be to work with the Development Programme Manager and the growth and development team in the delivery of our development programme including acquisitions, new build, refurbishment and remodelling projects.
You will have the experience of preparing viable scheme appraisals, funding bids and cashflow forecasting to ensure the projects are delivered in accordance with our internal, financial, regulatory and legal requirements.
Whilst managing risks, you will ensure that development projects deliver innovative, quality and sustainable developments that provide value for money and meet our aspirations.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Extensive project management experience within a property related environment
- Successful deliver of housing development projects
- Experience of procuring construction contracts and managing project teams
- Problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions
- Ability to communicate, negotiate and work collaboratively to develop successful relationship
- Knowledge of current political, social and economic environment for housing and growth
