About the Role
This is a new role at Habinteg, which will work as part of the Customer & Building Safety Team and provide invaluable support to the Compliance Contracts Managers. You will ensure the smooth running of various Planned Compliance improvement works and capital programmes.
You’ll also be led by our Customer & Building Safety Manager with a goal of delivering quality investment and surveying services across our properties, supporting building safety improvement work, business planning processes and the development and delivery of the planned programmes of work.
About You
We are looking an experienced professional with an Asset and/or Compliance background. You will be part a small team so knowledge on building safety legislation, compliance areas, procurement processes and CDM requirements will help you succeed in the role. If you have a technical qualification, that will be an added benefit.
The ideal candidate is someone that has good organisation skills, can support their manager on projects but is comfortable and confident in taking the lead when required, and able to meet strict deadlines. Great customer care skills are always a must to ensure that we continuously improve on our client satisfaction
