About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering the primary maintenance services to our tenants nationally. This is a management role responsible for leading a team of Surveyors and Administrators in the smooth delivery of the maintenance service via our contract partners. Contract management is a key part of the role and showing strong leadership in a challenging primary service area is key to successfully undertaking the role.
About You
You will be committed and enthusiastic, thriving on the challenges of working independently and the responsibility and rewards that it brings. You will have extensive experience in delivering and managing maintenance within the Housing sector, and will be committed to Habinteg’s inclusive housing mission.
Computer literacy is needed, as are sound written and verbal communication skills.
You will be flexible and agile in your approach, being able to adapt your approach to different circumstances and service demands.
