Of our 65,000 homes, more than 70% are let at a social or affordable rent, while around 10,000 are owned or part-owned by the people who live in them.

Our vision is to deliver great service, provide great homes, to be a great business and to be a great place to work. Because everything we do is about our customers, our communities and our people, any profit we make is re-invested in new and existing homes and improving services.

About the role

In this role, you’ll lead and develop a desk-based team of up to 10 caseworkers and 2 assistants to deliver high-quality and customer focused tenancy enforcement services across a national geography to tackle anti-social behaviour. You’ll support your team to keep our communities safe – providing expertise and support to highly complex and challenging cases, ensuring appropriate support mechanisms are in place for customers and staff members.

In joining this team you’ll be a part of supportive culture, where compassion for the customer and passion for the best outcomes for all are valued and shared. We are a team brought together by our social purpose and our drive to do things right.
