About Us
The Guinness Partnership is one of the leading providers of affordable housing and care services in England. We build and manage homes and provide housing services for around 135,000 customers nationwide. Of our 65,000 homes, more than 70% are let at a social or affordable rent, while around 10,000 are owned or part-owned by the people who live in them.

Our vision is to deliver great service, provide great homes, to be a great business and to be a great place to work. Because everything we do is about our customers, our communities and our people, any profit we make is re-invested in new and existing homes and improving services.

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Enforcement Team Manager to join our team based in Oldham on a permanent full-time basis. We are currently working on a hybrid working trial, so the successful candidate will be able to work from our Oldham office 2 days per week, working the remaining 3 days from home.

In this role, you’ll lead and develop a desk-based team of up to 10 caseworkers and 2 assistants to deliver high-quality and customer focused tenancy enforcement services across a national geography to tackle anti-social behaviour. You’ll support your team to keep our communities safe – providing expertise and support to highly complex and challenging cases, ensuring appropriate support mechanisms are in place for customers and staff members.

In joining this team you’ll be a part of supportive culture, where compassion for the customer and passion for the best outcomes for all are valued and shared. We are a team brought together by our social purpose and our drive to do things right.

About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced manager with the ability to engage and motivate a geographically dispersed desk-based team. You’ll have the skills needed to coach performance and get the best out of people - supporting them to achieve and inspiring success. You’ll also have significant knowledge and experience of anti-social behaviour, fraud and legal remedies alongside working knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities, domestic abuse and experience of working with external agencies.

If you’re interested in finding out more about the key responsibilities of the role and/or to ensure you meet the essential criteria, please review the attached role profile.

The Guinness Partnership is an equal opportunities employer.  We are committed to equality of opportunity for all colleagues, and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships.
