Effective governance is vital for Clapton Park Management Organisation to ensure it achieves its strategic objectives and meets the requirements of its Management Agreement.
We are recruiting for a Governance and Office Manager who will provide lead governance support on a day-to-day basis for the Clapton Park Management Board and Committees and will provide support to the Head of Operations. Key elements of the role are assisting with the preparation for and organisation of Board and Committee meetings, minute taking, supporting with communication and information sharing.
This is a visible role working with the Board, the Management Organisation and residents on the Clapton Park TMO estates. The content and issues handled are wide-ranging, complex and often fast-moving. The role requires the ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks in a busy environment. The role also requires discretion as issues are often of a confidential nature.The post will suit someone who is well organised, pays attention to detail, enjoys working in a busy team and has excellent management and organisational skills.
