Finance Manager

Clapton Park Management Organisation is a resident-managed housing organisation working in partnership with Hackney Council and manages over 1300 mixed tenure properties. It is an exciting time to join Clapton Park Management Organisation, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team of staff who share in the TMO’s vision and aspirations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and organised individual to join Clapton Park Management Organisation as a Finance Manager.  Within this role you will play an integral role to provide financial support to budget holders, their teams and the wider business as required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analysing financial statements, management accounts, forecasts, and budgets.  You will need excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and be fully qualified AAT or part qualified CCAB and/or experience of working in an accounting environment within a small/medium organisation.
