We're recruiting plumbers, carpenters, plasterers, roofers, electricians and many other trades to deliver a first class repairs service in our homes across the country.

  • £31,606 to £36,199 per annum plus Van, Tools and Protective Clothing

  • Permanent Contracts

  • 40 hours per week guaranteed - flexible hours considered and overtime available

With relevant experience in your primary trade and one or more secondary trades you'll have good customer care skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
