Southway Housing Trust is a community-based Housing Association located in Didsbury, South Manchester. We are ambitious, caring, and supportive partners committed to the delivery of affordable new build and refurbished homes for rent, shared ownership and sale in South Manchester and surrounding areas.

To meet our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking to expand our current Development team with new posts. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career and work within a community Housing Association dedicated to placemaking and the delivery of new high quality affordable homes where people choose to live and want to stay. We are looking or a Regeneration Officer to bring forward and manage varied regeneration projects including leading, with assistance from senior members of the team, in the design and delivery of new and remodelled sustainable homes, provision of multi tenures, public realm and community facilities all within a neighbourhood regeneration setting.

* 35 hour working week
* Competitive salaries that are benchmarked regularly against current market rates
