We are looking for a Development Manager to work alongside the Assistant Head of Development, seek out new business opportunities to meet the Group's ambitious and varied growth objectives. Play a key role in the successful development of residential led projects. Take on the role of Champion for the department on supported housing initiatives. Lead, inspire, motivate and support the team to deliver a high-quality service to customers and to work effectively with internal departments.
