Berwick Partners are delighted to be working with The Guinness Partnership to recruit their new Director of Housing and Neighbourhoods.

Guinness’s 2023 Strategy is clear about their commitment to being a customer service organisation and delivering great service to the residents who live in their 65,000 homes across the country.

Reporting to Trafford Wilson, you will help shape and deliver Guinness’s ambition to be a really good landlord, operating nationally but with a strong presence at a local level in the communities it serves. 

The successful candidate will be joining Guinness at an exciting time to lead a newly formed team focused on transforming services. The team will ensure that Guinness responds to residents’ needs, demonstrating that Guinness listens to and understands their diverse residents, neighbourhoods and communities. 

We’re looking to speak with individuals who have an outstanding record of leading high-quality customer services, and who have a real vision for what it means to deliver housing and neighbourhood services as a social landlord. You’ll have an in-depth understanding of housing management and/or customer experience and be able to drive change using customer feedback and data. You’ll be intellectually rigorous, highly professional, and a strong leader. And you will be committed to what Guinness does and their values as an organisation.
