New Homes Sales Advisor
Full Time (37.5 hpw) or Part Time (18.75 hpw)
Salary £19,500 to £21,500 per annum pro rata plus bonus

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as a New Homes Sales Advisor, supporting us to sell our new build homes across the UK. You’ll provide an outstanding ‘first point of contact’ experience to our customers who are enquiring about buying one of our new homes. You’ll also help with further enquiries which customers may have up to and after moving in. You’ll ensure that every contact (whether through our website, email or phone) is maximised with amazing service to ensure that no sales opportunities are missed. Working together with your colleagues in the sales, marketing and aftercare teams, you’ll smash sales targets, delight our customers and be an advocate for information on our homes and buying options.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join our award-winning team (did you know we’re recognised as developing one of the ‘best houses’ at the What House Awards 2019?). Operating under our exciting and recently launched sales brand Persona Homes, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in selling affordable apartments to family homes, on an outright sale and shared ownership basis. In doing so you’ll be helping hundreds of people get onto and move up the property ladder. How brilliant is that!
You’ll report to our Sales Operations Manager Gemma, working closely with out fantastic New Homes sales team.

A bit about you
To provide a great experience for our customers, you’ll need to be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings and weekends. You’ll have a brilliant background in customer service and experience in handling inbound communications via phone, web and email. You’ll need to have great IT skills and a keen eye for detail as you will need this to maintain an expert knowledge of our key developments. You’ll really impress us with your ability to build excellent rapport with customers to achieve targets. If you have a passion for new homes sales and can exceed customer’s expectations, then this is the icing on the cake (or should we say the sold sign on the door!).
