Tenant Engagement Officer

Innisfree currently have an exciting opportunity for a Tenant Engagement Officer to join our team. This role will be mainly remote based (working from home), you will also have the opportunity to work with the team in our office in West Hampstead.

This role is advertised as part time - 21 hours a week, flexible working options will be considered. Innisfree own over 570 homes and we are passionate about working together with our residents and making a positive impact in everything we do. We are seeking to recruit a proactive Tenant Engagement Officer to focus on, and actively engage with, our tenants and residents to ensure they have the opportunity to contribute their views to service delivery, policy development and other issues which affect them. This role is crucial in ensuring the service we provide to residents is positive and proactive.

We are looking for a real people person who is a great communicator and is able to build positive and successful relationships with a diverse range of people.

In addition, the successful candidate will need to: 

• have a positive outlook and approachable manner
• be able to develop a positive rapport with tenants and other stakeholders
• be an excellent and confident communicator 
• have strong analytical skills and able to prioritise workloads
• be highly organised, with good IT skills
• be resilient and able to stay calm under pressure
