The Person

An inspiring strategic leader with significant experience and expertise across all talent management and resourcing areas, you’ll be passionate about driving high levels of engagement and a culture of learning. Possessing strong analytical skills, you’ll also be adept at measuring the benefits and return on investment of learning approaches.

You’ll have knowledge and experience of leading equality, diversity and inclusion strategies that have supported the development of an inclusive organisational culture.

Highly-motivated, self-aware, with excellent communication and organisational skills, you’ll be proactive, enthusiastic and able to influence and inspire others.

You’ll have experience of leading a business focused, highly performing learning and development and talent function to deliver related strategies, policies and services that support the Group’s vision and strategic aims.

If you match the job description and person specifications and feel you could help us realise our vision and our ambitions, we’d love to hear from you.
