Job Details

As a Data Manager at Optivo, you’ll manage the core data of the Strategic Asset Management systems (AMS), ensuring data integrity, completeness and adherence to data governance, to allow for accurate long-term financial planning, capital investment forecasting and identification of investment needs.

You’ll continually review data quality and completeness, ensuring it is, as far as practicable, fit for purpose. You’ll also contribute to the introduction and development of systems to improve data handling and quality where relevant, undertaking analysis of the core data systems for reporting of KPIs data improvement and business critical forecasting purposes.

What you’ll need

  • Experience of developing and maintaining information systems as this is a critical part of the role as you will be using reporting tools to convert data into management information
  • You’ll be a great communicator who can plan and prioritise both your own and the team’s workload, often under pressure
  • A proven track record of effective data management within asset management, property or related fields, along with detailed understanding of asset data, legislation and best practice for housing organisations is essential.
