We’re Abri, a housing association based in the south of England. One of the largest in fact. We've got 35,000 homes and 1,500 colleagues. And if all our 80,000 residents lived in the same place, we’d have a town roughly the size of Guildford.

We’re a passionate bunch. We think we can make a real difference. Homelessness, poverty, inequality, a lack of affordable housing. They’re all linked. They’re issues that affect so many, young and old alike. And we don’t think that’s right. We want to give people the chance to dream big and be who they want to be. Your new role

We're looking for a Low Carbon Retrofit Manager - and we need you!  

Decarbonisation is crucial to our ambitious strategic plan and you'll play a crucial role by leading the Retrofit schemes across our existing properties and spearheading a sector-leading sustainability programme.

You'll develop and oversee our comprehensive retrofit policy that not only meets our business needs but is fully compliant with all statutory requirements and best practice guidelines without negatively impacting customer wellbeing.

Part of your role will be to provide regular reports and updates to the Board and Exec teams on the programme's progress and performance in line with budgets, agreed timeframes and regulatory obligations.  An up to date understanding of market trends, regulation and low carbon technology will all be essential as you'll need to make sure Abri remain ahead of the curve at all times, anticipating market and technological changes and making the most of new opportunities.​​​​​​​
