What makes us 5th in the UK for best places to work, 4th best workplace for women and 9th for Wellbeing (Great Place to work super large category), a Stonewall’s top 40 employer and have Investors in People Platinum? It’s our brilliant people and culture!

About you
We’re here to support you to grow and be amazing in this role! You’ll already have the following technical skills;
1. An effective communicator and positive influencer with the ability to create and manage a dynamic team and develop thriving building community for internal and external stakeholders.

Be yourself at Home Group

Home Group is committed to tackling prejudice and discrimination, not just for our customers, but for our colleagues too! We’re super proud of our Internal Diversity Networks (Multicultural, LGBTQIA+ and Disability) which support colleagues from different backgrounds to be their true selves.

We’re especially keen to encourage your application, if you are from a Minority Ethnic or Multicultural background (BAME), female, if you identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender (LGBTQ+) or if you are registered or consider yourself disabled. This is because these groups are currently underrepresented amongst our colleagues.

We recognise and celebrate our differences, together we make Home Group a great place to work!

Working hours
This role will be office based, so you will need to at One Strawberry Lane 5 days a week. It’s the team’s unwritten rule that you attend the important appointments in life, be it your child’s school play, your partner’s graduation, or to get your new fridge delivered. You can elect to fit these around your working day or use your flexi to take the time off. Our focus is on getting the job done, not your working hours!

Ready to apply?
Fantastic! Just upload your CV and covering letter and tell us about your transferable and technical skills and how you will bring these to the role. If you need them, we’ve also got some great templates to help you.
