Resident Liaison Officer (RLO): An exciting and rewarding role within the Technical & Investment Dept focusing on ensuring excellent customer service is delivered through planned maintenance works projects.
This role champions customer experience, resident engagement and giving assistance before, during and after planned maintenance works. Furthermore, the RLO actively promotes excellent customer care and is proactive in identifying and resolving issues which may affect this. The role includes managing hard to access properties, contributing at contractor meetings, compiling performance data and when required, assisting project managers with additional project related tasks.
A couple of exciting long-term projects the RLO will be actively involved with are, a neighbourhood works project which improves communal spaces making them more desirable for residents. And secondly, a carbon reduction project, working to make Cheltenham carbon neutral by 2030 through improving the energy efficiency of the housing stock.
