Head of People, Culture and Communications 

Circa £62,000 per annum 

Gloucester - Hybrid working

Permanent Full Time - 37 Hours per week

What you’ll do… 

With extensive experience and knowledge across the whole HR portfolio you will play a key role in shaping how we deliver People Services across GCH, ensuring that our HR practices provide a modern, dynamic framework to support new ways of working and drive cultural change. 

 

You will also take a lead role in developing GCH’s brand image, media relations and communications and engagement work across the organisation. A transformative and collaborative leader you will inspire and motivate your teams to develop more inclusive approaches to engagement and our digital communications. 

 

Coaching, enabling and supporting managers, you will bring a new perspective to the People Strategy, championing a forward looking and inclusive environment, encouraging personal learning & development and promoting collaboration across the organisation.
